1. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact and account details: your name, work email, company name and phone number.
- Payment details: processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We receive limited information such as your billing name, card brand and the last four digits of your card, but never your full card number.
- Information about your workers and roles: role titles, workers' names if you choose to give them, where the work is performed, start dates, how the work is paid, job descriptions, uploaded documents and your answers to our questions.
- Messages you send us, for example to hello@getclassifyright.com.
Information collected automatically
- Device and usage information, such as browser type, pages visited, buttons clicked, and actions on the site (for example, choices made in the exposure calculator and the result of the risk check).
- The website that referred you, campaign tags in the link you followed, and an approximate location derived from your IP address.
- We collect this using cookies and similar technologies. The calculator and risk check run in your browser; we do not link your answers to your identity unless you become a member and submit them on a form.
